You have an intriguing profile with progressive work experience and great extracurricular involvement - if you're able to attain the GMAT you're aiming for, that (along with your other coursework and the explanation you'll provide in the optional essay) should help offset your GPA.
Your career goals are very noble, but I would also think about your immediate post-MBA (or post JD-MBA) goals. I nearly always advise aspiring entrepreneurs to consider starting a business as a long-term goal, and in the short term, figure out what type of role would prepare them for this eventual ambition. Programs want to ensure that candidates are employable after graduation, and want to see an ambitious but realistic path knowing that starting a venture right after business school can be difficult.
