Work Experience - 3 Years By The Time of Matriculation in 2022 (2Years right now)
- Relocating to the company's China office to support initiatives in the China market (hence 2 years in U.S. Office + 1 Year in China by time of matriculation)
Company - Consulting Firm focused on Providing Business Analytics Services to Fortune 500 Companies & Financial Services Firms
Professional Experience
Recently promoted from an Analyst level to the senior analyst level role, with some experience leading 1-2 people teams
- 50% of time allocated on providing support to address client's business idea testing needs (think A/B testing). Worked with clients across Quick Service Restaurants, Telco, Retail, and Financial Services.
- Worked on a due diligence project for a restaurant client to evaluate it's network expansion opportunity using in-house analytics tools
- Developed reports for a number of banks (in the hundreds) around the world (Asia, Europe, North America) to forecast their portfolio performance and account for impact from COVID using in-house analytics as well as SQL and R

I agree that your ECs are decent but not great. Thankfully you have some time before the application season kicks off to ramp this up.
In general, since you check many of the boxes, you are going to need to have a clear and interesting narrative (by way of your essays) to avoid falling into the middle of the pack. I suspect you have a unique story but we will want to draw that out.

Hi Admissionado, Thanks for the insight. I actually worked with Admissionado back in the days for my college App.
I think I am mostly looking to understand my chances at the schools I have listed down, understanding some higher than others, and if my chances would drastically increase if I wait for another year before applying. There are other more personal circumstances that is prompting me to apply for the upcoming cycle but wanted to know if the benefit of waiting would be more than worth it.
