GMAT: 730+ score target (I am planning to give GMAT in mid-September 2021).
Current Profile: Program Manager in a leading cybersecurity company.
Work Experience: 8 years.
Started my career with a service-based company and worked there for less than a year. And, then switched to the company I am currently working at where I started as a QA engineer in R&D domain. I have then worked in the Integrations team, Operations team, and Shared Services team in the position of Senior QA and Tech Lead. I have also been Scrum Master for the group. During this time frame, I did also set up a new internal project for enhanced customer experience from scratch with a team of 3 working under me which was highly successful in saving millions in revenue.
For the past 2 years, I am the Program Manager in the Enterprise domain and handle multiple programs spanned across portfolio-level Enterprise products testing, Enterprise customers-Engineering engagements, new internal R&D projects.
I have not worked from an international location but I have always worked with the distributed teams in different locations like the US, UK, and Ireland. The current programs I am managing also have teams spanned across the US and APAC.
Undergrad: Engineering degree from a State University with 74%.
I have also completed CORe (Credential of Readiness) from HBS Online last year and passed with Honors.
Extra-Curricular:
Site-level Business Unit head for planning and execution of curricular activities.
Site-level Business Unit representative for Company Women Club.
Under-grad: Vice-President for College Technical Club. Organized multiple events across the 4-year span. Won multiple college-level debate competitions and anchored several events, workshops and seminars.
College Target: HaaS, Columbia, Harvard, Wharton, Booth, Kellog, Sloan.
Additional Question:
Will my age (32 by the time college would start) be a concern and count against my admission chances? ( I couldn't pursue MBA plans for 2 years due to serious medical reasons. And, I planned to hold it off last year due to pandemic.)

Thank you for sharing your profile. Your profile looks good on the surface. Starting with stats, your undergrad GPA is quite low, but if your score 730+, you can easily compensate for it. On the work front, you have a pretty good 8 years of experience. I can see you have undertaken interesting projects that exhibit your capability to work on different projects and make them successful. Explain how you analyze the problems in your projects and how you get back to the drawing board and fix the wrongs. While doing so, demonstrate your management abilities, craft the stories to promote the values mentioned above, and consider your USP! International experience does not comprise the number of countries you have traveled to or the number of years you have stayed outside your homeland. B-school seeks students who can flourish in the presence of many various opinions, who can examine and adjust their preconceptions when confronted with other ideas and opinions, and who can still work and win as a team. As a result, your international experience should convey these values. Regarding your ECs, they are good exhibiting your leadership abilities. Try to bring something you do beyond work, and adcoms can see a different side of your personality.

Absolutely not! You have a genuine reason for postponing your MBA plans. This will not cause any issues with your entrance. However, you must be clear about your post-MBA goals. Admission committee wants you to be more specific about your goals and how an MBA will help you achieve them. It is critical to express this clearly in your essays and interviews. You can also go for one year MBA rather than two year MBA. You may want to read an article on is mba over 30 a good investment?, it will give you some insight on how to improve your odds if you are 30+ and instill the right confidence in you
Overall you have a good profile and had a shot at your targeted schools. However, I would like to know your post-MBA goals to guide you better.
