I would really appreciate if an expert here would be kind enough to provide answers to the following questions regarding my profile.
Questions:
1. Should I retest for the GRE and target some improvement in my quant score to get closer to 330 or go for GMAT and target a score of 720+(have given 1 official mock but the scored pretty low at 650)
2. I feel I might overwhelming myself with too many options which might have a negative impact on the quality of my applications. How do I narrow down my application pool list?

Work Experience
Experience: 5 years at time of application
2016 - 2021: Mid-tier engineering firm engaged in commissioning and maintaining Telecommunication networks for India’s largest telecom players in Northern India
1. Started out as a Graduate Trainee engineer and have since had 2 promotions (would probably have had a third one if not for covid) Current role is a Project Coordinator (engineering manager)
2. Main focus has been on carrying out projects in treacherous environments like, mountainous regions and deserts
3. Have quite some management experiences as I currently lead a team of 15 individuals
4. Was involved in a major operational overall that helped the company save nearly 30% in operation costs right before the pandemic thereby helping it ride out the the storm.
Co-founder of a Start-up: (1.5 years)
1. Got together with a few friends to set up an online platform that offers highly subsidised digital test education resources to help children from rural areas.
2. Currently engaging over 2500 students with nearly half a million rupees in yearly revenues.

• Pivot a to a new role: Business analytics and consulting. I hope to move into the more business side of things from my current engineering management role.
• Long term I hope to expand my current startup into an edtech and health tech consulting firm.
