Sivatorne - thanks for reaching out to us! Based on what you've shared, I think your list of schools will be quite tough. And you definitely have your work cut out for you to raise your score 100+ points, especially if you last took the exam 5 months ago.
Aside from that, your age could be a factor in your chances, as you'll see if you review class profile info the average age is typically lower. You must have really compelling reasons for why MBA and why now, and in particular you'll want a compelling explanation for why you want to do consulting. (Or depending on your interests, it might be worth rethinking your career goal).
So, definitely focus on your GMAT, but in the meantime I'd also look at expanding your school list.
