I would greatly appreciate a profile eval and help understand my chances.

- Top EU, and UK schools (def targeting IESE)

- GMAT Score: 710
- B. Tech (Computer Engineering) from a tier 2 institute.
- CGPA: 7.07/10
Full-time work experience:
- Working for the past 4 years (5 yrs by the time school starts) at one of the high-growth startups in India (latest valuation at ~$770M) as one of the logistics leads in the hyperlocal space.
- Headed operations end-to-end for their second-largest city; launched city's operations, led a team of 20, managed PnL, and was responsible for user xp.
- USP: made the city's operations profitable; was then promoted to a central role to lead profitability pan-india
- Have recently made a switch to product - goal remains profitability.
Internship experience:
- Interned with Uber for a period of 10 months during undergrad.
- Interned with a co-living spaces startup for a period of 6 months.
Post-MBA Plans:
Primary: Strategy Consulting
Alternate: BizOps roles in tech.
- Planning to apply in EA/R1 2022.
- GMAT score is final (have given a shot multiple times)
- Would be super glad if you could mention a few safe, target, and reach schools.
2 additional questions:
1) Should post-mba short-term goal be changed to operations in tech, given it is easier for ad-coms to place me there? Or is it okay if I keep it as management consulting?
2) I wish to not confuse the ad-coms by showing my move to product (as it has been only 6 months), and portray my profile end-to-end as operations. Is this the right line of thought?
