1. How is the overall strength of my profile? I have some time before I apply for R1 and R2 for 2024 admit. Where should I enhance my profile?

May be if you push through to a 330+ should increase your odds for both scholarship and admission. Rotman is a 2-year program too and they don't provide high scholarship amounts either. You have a profile strong enough to get into the schools you have mentioned if you work on the applications right.

2. Like I mentioned, scholarship is important for my profile to fit my budget. Which colleges do I stand a realistic chance of scholarship to make it easy for me to afford?
I can share that, feel free to DM. Some schools do provide a lot of scholarship.

3. Can I aspire for colleges higher in ranking than my above given list and also stand a chance for scholarship?
Yes, that is a possibility. Still suggesting retaking GRE. Also, there's a trick to increasing scholarships that not many know.
