band627628 Happy New Year and hope you are doing great.
A low GPA and an average GMAT score are not known to be a great combination, especially at some of the top-tier schools on your list. I highly encourage you to consider a retake to improve the odds of getting those coveted admits (Tuck, Duke, Darden). Aside from that, I see much potential in building up your professional narrative through a focus on the pharma industry, with a more recent stint in banking. However, it is not clear from your brief what you have been doing in the banking industry (and HR?). There are some missing pieces that you will have to put together for a seamless narrative that showcases your motivation for healthcare IB roles. If you feel the narrative is not coming together as you had hoped, improvise and be flexible with your goals. The schools on your list are top-notch programs for healthcare, so you can be quite broad about the possible avenues you would like to explore within healthcare/pharma.
Your diverse experiences and extracurricular activities will certainly bolster your application. These schools highly value the concept of "meaningful contribution." Ensure you effectively intertwine your insights from the pharma industry, highlighting your motivations and deep passion for creating a positive impact.
Best wishes
