I was hoping you could review my profile:
- Demographics: Black American female, 31 years old
- Education: public state university, 3.79 GPA, anthropology major, religious studies minor
- Other credentials: TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) degree
- GMAT: 620- 38 Verbal, 38 Quant, 4 IR, 5 AWA
- Work experience: For the past 3 years, I've been working at a small nonprofit in an operations position. My role includes finance administration, HR, and fundraising. Previously, I taught English in Asia for 3 years.
- Post MBA goals: I plan to continue working at nonprofits or maybe a social enterprise. I'd like to be an operations manager or maybe an HR manager, but I don't feel like I can work up to those positions with my current experience/knowledge.
- Target schools: University of Alberta, University of Ottawa
- Stretch: York University
I am considering retaking the GMAT. I feel fairly confident I can raise my verbal score but I struggle a lot with math. I'm just not sure if re-taking the test is worth the time, effort, and money considering my target schools. I chose them because their curriculums would be the most useful for continuing a career in the public sector.

You have way above GMAT score to get an admission, for the schools you mentioned and I don't think you need to retake the GMAT exam again. Good Luck with your application!
