Deferred MBA programs are the hardest of the hardest, so it's going to be really tough for someone with your profile even if you manage to pull off a good GMAT. Ideally you would want to score even better on the GMAT than 710-730 as you have no real full-time work experience to fall back on compared to most applicants who are accepted through the traditional process.
You might want to consider the Berkeley Haas, MIT Sloan and Columbia and Kellogg deferred MBA programs. You aren't unqualified for Harvard, Stanford and Wharton but those are uber competitive. If I were you, I'd apply to many as quantity tends to matter here more than quality given the very few spots available by way of these programs.
