Profile Evaluation request - early admission MBA

Dear Team from mbaAdmissions,
I am a current MSc student (finishing in May 2019) and am thinking of applying to an early admission MBA program next year. It would be wonderful, if you could advice me on my chances and especially at which of the top MBA schools I'd have a chance!

Gender: female
Languages: German (mother tongue), English (TOEFL 114), French (B2)
GMAT: 700(Q48/V38), AWA 6.0
Education
Berlitz School: Languages diploma in Business English, French, Spanish, Italian, and Russian in Austria
Undergrad: BA in Media and Communication Management, Small unknown university in Germany - German GPA of 2.1 --> I calculated it with foreigncredits and it says that my GPA on the 4.0 range is 3.57
Exchange Semester: National University San Diego, GPA 4.0 in California, USA
Master: MSc in International Management at ESADE + CEMS MiM in Spain, current GPA is around 8.9/10 --> calculated with foreigncredits : GPA of 3.58

After having finished my Master in May 2019, I plan to go to a third-world country for ca. 2 months to do social work, afterwards I want to pursue a career in management consulting. I think after 2 years of Consulting, an MBA is a good way of changing career paths and either go into industry or starting an own company.
