The list of schools in Germany you have provided feels about right. The GMAT is not mandatory to submit, so you might want to consider whether sending in a 660 makes sense.

As for B-school suggestions, I am open to other master's programs in U.S.A, France, Switzerland & UK that I can be a fit of.
Although I am quite excited about studying in Germany, I am still deeply intrigued by one program in particular- Kellogg's MIM program.
Looking at the competition, I know its really difficult to get into the program. However, if I were to improve my GMAT score (let's say 720 or so), will I have a descent shot at the program with my current academic profile?
