sid1723 Overall you have a very balanced profile. But whether your GMAT focus would fetch you the admit that you deserve is hard to predict at this point, given how ISB calls seem to rolling out at the current pace. Irrespective, apply with a solid application and personalize your narrative. Focus on your learnings, reflections, and self-awareness about weaknesses as much as you focus on your strengths. Also, to demonstrate a high level of ownership, go deep into unpacking your experiences and reconstruct your stories in a way that shows how working on strategy, business building blocks, and execution has given you a much more hands-on experience, more experiential maturity, and more ability to contextualize business problems (specific to your area of work in tech) than most others who come from similar backgrounds and are your age. Your post-MBA goals seem to be a bit all over the place at the moment. You need to come across as being more focused and with a strong reason for being so motivated for the PGP. You can't risk being too generic in your goals strategy for the R3.
