Move Management System :
-Spearheaded a re-engineering effort to upgrade an application used to plan moves of over 30k employees, improving overall end-user experience of 450 admin users. Coordinated across various regions to gather requirements and develop the features .
-Led walkthroughs/demos/presentations with various cross-functional teams and project stakeholders
Global Incident Management :
-Developed end-to-end the firm's strategic platform for managing incidents. Met several requirements from various BU's such as FICC Tech, GSS Tech,Equities Tech and achieved 100 % percent adoption by them, gaining 9000 users.
-Designed the system to facilitate configurations by users themselves, minimizing the time to market of several new features.
Goals
Short Term: Product manager roles in Ecommerce companies and building a complete product end to end.
What are my chances at the below schools :
1. kellog
2. wharton
3. booth
4. Darden
5. Ross
6. ISB
P.S I am currently waitlisted at Darden( since then., I have improved GMAT), got dinged from ISB & kelley.

Congrats on the impressive GMAT improvement! I assume you've submitted your new score to Darden? Have you gotten any other feedback from them about your application?
Your academics (GPA / GMAT) are very strong. Nothing to improve upon there. As far as work experience, obviously Goldman is a great name to have on your resume. Although your role is technical, it sounds like you've had some good cross-functional experiences. You are still quite young (average age at most schools is 27 or 28) so that could have been an issue and may still be an issue if you apply again this season. Have you had much leadership experience? Did you present logical reasons for why you need an MBA at this point? It's possible it could make better sense to wait one more year and perhaps try to secure a promotion, some international exposure, or more leadership / project management experience in the meantime. Your extracurriculars seem a little light, since there's not much that's outside of work and college, if I'm understanding your list correctly. So that could be another area to improve.
Given those concerns, I think schools like Kellogg / Wharton / Booth are possible but will be quite tough. The fact that Darden waitlisted you is a great sign so I would definitely recommend reapplying there if you are not admitted off the waitlist. Ross is a good school to target too. With your interest in e-commerce and product management, perhaps add schools like Tepper and McCombs to your list? Both have great reputations in Tech.

Thanks mba mission.
I submitted the new score, but I don't think I am getting through it. My admission committee interviewer told me that if it were a normal year, I would have gotten it, but this year they had really high yield ( very generous scholarships). I did get some feedback on my essay ( which seemed minor to me).
I will get promoted in December this year ( it's definitely on the cards, I was supposed to get early promoted last year; but AGAIN because I was young, HR rejected it
)I have got international exposure in the New Jersey office ( as part of a training for three months).
