Hi, and thank you for writing! To answer your questions:
1. What are the key schools I should be targeting with my profile and considering that I'm able to achieve a GMAT 700? With a 700 or below, I would aim for U.S. schools outside of the Top 25, as the Top 25 are very competitive for Indian applicants (and, it's a particularly competitive year) and usually have an average GMAT of 720/730+ for Indian applicants
2. What are the key schools I should be targeting with my profile If I'm only able to reach a GMAT 680? See above. I would aim for the Canadian schools, such as Rotman and Ivey. In the UK, you might consider Cass, Imperial, and Warwick.
3. I don't have volunteering experience, Is there any way I can cover up for that? Volunteer experience certainly is not mandatory, but the strongest candidates have had post-collegiate extracurricular involvement (in a variety of areas. In your essays (depending on what the topics are), it's helpful to provide insight not only into your professional accomplishments and goals, but also your personal experiences and how they have shaped your values.
4. Any other advise you may have for me?[/quote] I would narrow down your career goal and reflect on the motivations that are driving it. Schools always want to know WHY you want to pursue your chosen post-MBA path, not just what it is, so be prepared to discuss this and explain how each particular program is a fit for you based on its resources within and outside of the classroom that pertain to your goals.
