Hi, and thank you for your post.
You have a great profile and I would be happy to evaluate. MBA programs will look at your application holistically, analyzing your stats (GMAT/GPA), work experience, and extracurriculars.

Your stats are strong, especially your impressive overall GMAT score and its individual components.
Regarding your work experience, I find it a bit unique that you are a lawyer, and from the little I can see, it sounds like you have had some great experience. It will be important to demonstrate your leadership experience as a lawyer and the impact you have made there. One potential challenge will be convincing admissions committees why your 2-3 years of work experience compares to the average admitted student’s work experience which is generally 5 years. They will want to know why it makes sense for you to get your MBA now as opposed to gaining another year or so in the workplace. Additionally, you will have to explain why you want to career shift into general management and how your previous law experience will help you succeed in that field.
As for your extracurriculars, you did not mention any here but this is also an important part of your application. Admissions Committees want to feel that you will add value within the community, so if you are not already, I recommend gaining experience within your community and ideally doing so in a leadership capacity.
Between your GMAT and your work experience, you have a great background. Best of luck, and if you would like to chat further and go over your background in greater detail, feel free to sign up for a free 30 minute consultation on our mbaMission website.
