I plan to pursue an MBA in order to transition to Brand Management, Fall 2017. Below are my profile details:
Undergraduate degree: Bachelor of Engineering, Major: Computer Science - 3.8/4.0
Intermediate : 86.16%
High School: 87%
GRE Score: 314 (Q - 157, V - 157, AWA - 4/6)
TOEFL Score: 115 (R - 29, L - 29, S - 28, W - 29)
Work experience: 3.2 years in the IT sector as a Website Developer working for a Hospitality Giant at Accenture, India
Responsibilities:
1. Development and Maintenance work on various Client websites and creation of Brand elements like logos and designing color schemes.
2. Have taken ownership of various revenue impacting projects.
3. Involved in regular business interactions with Client Representatives and Business Analysts.
4. Possess teamwork experience.
Extra-curricular:
Not much in the social sphere but professionally, I have been an active member of the People Project Advocate team at work. I have contributed several branding materials to showcase the Client across Accenture such as a monthly e-Newsletters and an informative website for new employees to the account. Also, I was also part of the branding team where I would create e-pamphlets to update the employees about upcoming recreational activities/ convey holiday greetings etc.
I am planning on applying to the below schools:

I am presently unemployed and I am job hunting at the moment. I am also pursuing an introductory online course on Digital Marketing. I think the biggest drawback in my profile is a lack of considerable leadership experience. What are my chances with the above schools? And could you suggest other schools which can fit my profile?
