I think the list you have is pretty good. Should be competitive at those schools. The low GRE is going to hurt you with UT Austin though. If you can boost that GRE, then I would say you'd have better odds at the other schools.

That being said, if your goal is to go to a school with international name recognition, then UIUC, Tulane and Rochester are all fine. Recruiting on campus will be lacking, but these programs are respected overseas.

thanks a lot MSFHQ for the feedback.
I knew my GRE would hurt..160+ quant score is must..! I'll try to take it again.
Also, I moved to the US with my husband recently(but on dependent Visa), so yes overseas recognition matters but my primary target is to get employment here.
Given that & no major increase in my GRE score, which schools have higher chances of accepting me and getting me placed in the US itself?
Also, do you think my PGDM degree and experiences in Government/social sector makes me more competitive at these schools?
