Hi there,
I appreciate you taking the time to look at my profile, any information helps! I am looking to apply Fall 2021, and begin a part-time/EMBA program in 2022. Below is my current profile.
Nationality: American (Asian American)
Gender: Male
Age: 26
Education: 3.45 GPA Business Degree from 'Public Ivy'(Think UVA, UT, UNC, etc,.)
GMAT Score:
Attempt 1: 600 (43Q, 31V) 1/26/21 *cancelled score*
Attempt 2: 690 (47Q, 37V) 3/16/21
Work Experience: 3 years International Oil and Gas Supply Chain Consulting, 2 years working Project Management at FAANG company with a promotion in between (most recent)
Extracurriculars:
-Avid Tennis Player (currently undefeated and ranked 34 on city ladder, working my way up)
-Captain of FAANG Corporate eSports Team - eSports league with all companies in Tech such as Facebook, Google, Apple, Netflix, etc,. for charity. Team Captain and play-by-play announcer. Raised over $15k for charity
-Alumni Mentor
-Creator of Volunteer Fund - coordinate with peers monthly to raise funds and donate over $3000 of goods monthly to local homeless shelter
-Comedy Podcast Host (not sure if this is worth mentioning, but 'unique' nonetheless)
-Freelance Voice-Over Artist
Post MBA Objective
Continue to work at FAANG company during MBA, would like to pivot into Product Management at the same company I am currently working at. Currently working on strengthening relationships with Product Managers for networking purposes.
Target Schools
I am targeting the Part-Time/EMBA programs at the below schools
-UC Berkeley Haas
-Chicago Booth
-Northwestern Kellogg
-Columbia
-NYU Stern
-UT Austin
Please let me know what you think! I would not like to take the GMAT again if possible, and I am hoping my profile as it stands is competitive for the programs listed above. Thanks in advance!

The positives: You have excellent extracurricular activities and presumably good work experience. It would appear you're coming from a reputable school. The threshold for part-time MBA programs are lower than full-time MBA programs (you are too young for the Executive MBA.)
The negatives: Your GPA and GMAT are decent but not great. Your switch from oil & gas consulting to FAANG needs explaining and you don't have a ton of work experience. You come from a slightly competitive demographic.
Overall, I think you'll have a shot at all of these schools. Booth, Kellogg and Columbia will be tough as those are some of the best part-time MBA programs. Haas, Stern and McCombs are more attainable but will still be hard.
I totally get not wanting to take the GMAT again, but if you did managed to get 10-30 points higher, that would not only make the GMAT less of a concern but would also counterbalance your just okay GPA. When are you planning to apply?
Please let us know if we can of any help. We offer attractive MBA application packages that are catered towards the part-time programs, if those interest you. You will definitely need stellar essays and letters of recommendation (especially from your current employer) to make a convincing case to these competitive programs.

Thank you for the feedback. I am planning on applying R1 of Fall 2021. I was planning on taking the GMAT again, but was not banking on doing much better. Will plan to take it again soon to see what happens.
The career switch was intentional. When I mentioned O&G consulting, I was mainly consulting with O&G companies on digital transformation, which is what I currently work on in the current FAANG company.
I wanted to break into FAANG out of college, but did not have the opportunity to do so. Worked O&G Consulting and then pivoted Tech to better meet my interests. I didn't think this would impact me negatively, do you think I need to explain it? I find that odd, almost like being penalized for breaking into the field of my choice.
