Hi Experts,
I am looking for a profile review and would be obliged if you can help me out with one. Targeting Sept 22(if I am not Late) or Jan 23
1.Demographics: 31/M/Indian
2.Educational Qualification (Already have 2 Post graduate degrees)
a. Undergraduate
i. Institute: Govt. Engineering College, Jabalpur
ii. Course: Civil Engineering
iii. CGPA: 6.5/10
b. Postgraduation
i. Institute: National Institute Of Technical teachers Training And Research, Bhopal
ii. Course: Master of Engineering (Hons.) in Structural Engineering
iii. CGPA: 8.27/10
c. Post Graduate Program in Project Engineering Management (PGP-PEM)
i. NICMAR, Pune
ii. Course – Project Engineering Management
iii. CGPA-7.32
3. GMAT: Not taken yet, plan to complete by end of Oct. (Expecting (710 – 730))
4. Work Experience(4 + 4.5 years)
a. Assistant Professor (2012-2015)
i. During Postgraduation used to teach in Engineering Colleges as Assistant Professor
b. Black and Veatch Pvt. Ltd. ( Engineering News-Record, which compiles and publishes rankings of the largest construction and engineering firms annually, measured by gross revenues, ranked Black & Veatch 1st in telecommunications, 2nd in power, 5th in water, 8th in wastewater, 13th in international markets, and 15th in the overall top 500 design category, in the United States in 2016. Black & Veatch has more than 100 offices worldwide and has executed projects in more than 100 countries on six continents)
i. Exp.- 4.5 Years (3 Promotions----> Civil Engineer---->Project Control Associate(Big Leap/Department change)---->Sr. Project Control Associate)
ii. Position: Senior Project Control Associate
iii. Job role: Planning, scheduling, & coordination of large scale EP Infrastructure projects (Power) working From Home office. I have worked on projects ranging from 4 million USD to over 1.5 Billion USD being built in Vietnam. Currently, working on one of the largest thermal power plants being built in Vietnam. And main Scheduler for a very big distribution Line Project In USA
iv. International Exposure: Worked on Various Projects across SEA And USA, all the Stakeholder being of Various Nationalities

I am not sure I understand this question. Can you please restate it? If you are asking about the areas for improvement, I would say it's going to come down to essays for you. You have a nice balanced profile in terms of work experience, extracurricular activities and outside interests. The important bit now is putting this all together in a cohesive and clear fashion. Listing everything isn't going to impress the AdCom. It's all about how neatly you form your personal brand/narrative.
b. What more should I do to improve my profile?
The GMAT is the big x-factor. If you can somehow score even higher (730+) that would go a long for someone with your demographic profile. The 1-year MBA is highly competitive and usually requires a high GMAT score for admission.
c. Any B-Schools I am missing out on or should target?
If you are solely focused on Europe, these are the right schools. There are others lower in the rankings that you can include if you'd like, but it's going to be difficult to apply to all of these in one application season. These applications are time consuming and you might want to narrow this list down even slightly to make it all much more manageable.
