Hi Experts,
Could you please help evaluate my profile? I am looking to apply for MBA programs in 2022 and would like to know which programs would be realistic for me to aim for.
Demographic: 21 F, Indian
Education: BBA (Marketing) from AURO University - 8.97/10
GMAT: 720 to 740 (left to sit)
Work experience and progression:
1. HR Intern for 1 month Marriott Hotel Surat
2. Content Team Lead (Start-up- Green Marketing place)
3. Content Writer (Start-up local)
Extracurriculars:
Volunteering with Project Balika for 4+ months
Volunteering with Fly Higher India for 1+ year
Organised first open mic event in my city
College Fest Volunteer
External MOOC Courses in marketing, UX, finance, design thinking, etc. from top schools on Coursera.
My post-MBA goal is to work on my own start-up.
I have a few questions I am hoping you can help answer:
1. Which best MBA programs should I aim for? Which would be my safety and which would be my reach/dream schools? I am open to studying anywhere in the US, Canada and Australia.
2. What parts of my profile should I improve to get to the reach/dream schools?

Thank you for reaching out and sharing all of this background information with us. I am happy to suggest a few schools to get you started, but I need more information:
(1) I'm a little confused about your age/status. Are you applying under the deferred MBA program process? That is when you apply to a school while still in school and then matriculate 2-3 years out after gaining full-time work experience? The other option is to apply for the normal full-time process. It sounds like you are looking at the latter given that you want to start in 2022, but I want to confirm. Also, when did you graduate college?
(2) Can you give me some high-level guidance about where you want might to attend? Any color around geography, area of study (besides just start-up), class size, etc. would be very helpful.
