Thanks for reaching out with your profile. I think there are a couple of additions that would be helpful to know. In particular, how did you do in your undergrad studies? Also, your work experience seems low for your age -- do you have a post-undergrad degree or significant work gap? Depending, that could impact how your profile is seen by admissions.
Otherwise, consulting is a strong pre-MBA background and you could definitely use the MBA to pivot to more strategic consulting, or a more global firm.
Your GMAT is solid but will make it challenging to crack into the top 10-15 schools (though it depends slightly on the questions above). Also would ideally love to see some more recent ECs!
With all this in mind, I would primarily target schools in the 15-25 range and find schools where they place at least 20% of the class in consulting roles.
