My information is as follows, I'm planning to apply to deferred MBA programs such as Yale Silver, Booth Scholars, etc., and also HEC Paris.
Age:21
International Student with a full ride scholarship. (European)
Undergrad Information: the University of Chicago, BAs in Economics, GPA 3.4~, First Year: 3.25, Second Year: 3.35, Third Year: 3.65 Fourth Year: Likely 3.8
Lots of grad-level coursework, particularly from Booth School of Business with most grades being A- and A.
GMAT: 730 Q50, V39
Work experience:
3 years as a research assistant at booth school of business
Founded a fintech startup that received investment at $100k valuation
3rd Year Summer: Analyst at a major portfolio management company
2nd-3rd Year yearlong: Analyst at a hedge fund
2nd Year Summer: Analyst at a hedge fund
1st Year Summer: Political science analyst at a think thank
Extracurriculars: Race pilots and involvement in a few clubs on campus

Hi uchicago202x, you have some very cool things in your profile! I think you have a fairly good chance, especially with the Booth program, as they often like to take care of their own. Your GMAT is ballpark (super quant!), though I wish it were a bit higher verbal/overall as I think that test scores seem to count a little more in the deferred enrollment programs because there's less experience to rely on....your GPA is a bit borderline, but you seem to have a strong upward trajectory and as an international student on full scholarship, perhaps you struggled to adjust? You can add these mitigating factors to the app in the optional essay without complaining/giving excuses but instead just clarifying context and underscoring your progress. I'm not sure what "race pilots" are but definitely bring in any leadership and impactful experiences to the application. The startup piece will be very helpful for that! And I think you'll need to explain why you want to gain this early admission/how you'd use it!
Otherwise, you seem like a very cool candidate and I think you should give it a shot!
