1. Worked At Ashok Leyland (India's Second largest Truck Manufacturing company) for 6 months
2. Worked at ZipDial (a mobile marketing tech startup that was acquired by Twitter) for 1.5 years
3. Started a Music Tech Startup of my own - got covered by forbes, NDTV, NextBigWhat, LifeHacker and more. - worked for 1.5 years on this
4. Currently working at IMI Mobile - a British-Indian MNC - as a Business Analyst.
Professional Achievements:
1. My startup was one of the top 10 products on producthunt from India
2. My work got covered by many international and national magazines as mentioned
3. Got a client appreciation spot award at ZipDial.
4. Led a large Cross functional team at ZipDial and then at Twitter . Managed the company's biggest accounts(Unilever and GSK).
Extra-Curriculars:
1. Played Table Tennis for my state at Under-15 level
2. Played guitar at college level and participated at many competitions all over India. Also played various gigs at Pubs/hotels
3. Volunteered for an NGO to spread awareness on water conservation in drought affected regions in my state.
Please let me know if ISB is achievable - it's my primary school of focus

Well overall you have a pretty solid profile. You have solid employers,a solid GMAT, and an excellent GPA. (although from what school?)
Is it good enough for ISB? Hard to say.
One thing in your profile that has a lot of potential is your startup. But I don't yet have a clear sense of how big or successful it was, whether you got funding and so on... Nowadays we need results that are more than just "Getting written up". We wanna see some BUSINESS results and leadership results if you have.
I think you are likely competitive for ESADE, although Haas and Anderson will both be stretch schools for you, I believe,
