7+ years in a self funded digital marketing agency. Worked only with international clients. Bootstrapped the business to $1 million+ in revenue
Co-founded and sold another sports related startup.
Education :
B.Tech in CSE from tier 3 college. GPA : Average
Post MBA Goals :
Product Management/Product Marketing in FAANG
I am looking for answers for these 2 questions :
1. Which schools i should target, which i can convert with good success rate. I am open to all locations.
2. Should I apply to R2 or R3 in these schools or wait another year to apply in R1 for 2023 intake, with maybe a better GMAT score.

Working at a start-up would have given you hands-on exposure to various business operations. You should highlight in your profile how you built it to revenue of $1M+. However, need to understand more aspects of your profile like ECs, innovation, etc.
Answering your concerns:
1) Which schools I should target, which I can convert with good success rate. I am open to all locations.
You should apply to NYU, Haas, Kellogg, and MIT based on your post-MBA goals. So you do have a chance; however, we can add more schools to your list if we dig more into your profile.
2) Should I apply to R2 or R3 in these schools or wait another year to apply in R1 for 2023 intake, with maybe a better GMAT score.
This is all dependent on you and how prepared you are with your profile. Business schools are seeking applicants that are unique and competitive. Do you have a narrative to share about why you need an MBA and why now is the right time? Round 2 deadlines are around 40 days away; if you are willing to devote enough time to your application, you can apply for R2.
Overall, your profile is good. However, I would like to learn more about your profile to analyze your chances better and guide you in making the correct decision.
