2) Science & Maths Club - Here I was a part of their management team wherein I helped them organize several fun maths & science challenges.
I have worked for 2 NGO’s as well -:
One was a Wildlife conservation NGO wherein I was a part of the team which rescued animals on road which were hurt ( due to accidents with cars etc.)
Second was an NGO wherein I taught underprivileged kids and helped them gather resources such as school books , school bags etc.
I have been in ZS for the past 10 months.
In ZS, I have been working closely with a US pharma client and i handle their sales incentive compensation and goal setting . I analyze extensive retail and outlet level sales data to create useful insights and also do call planning for field reps to optimize customer reach . I have also provided ad hoc analytical support for clients to help cater to varying demands from field representatives.
Working at ZS has led me learning about a lot of new dimensions of how the industry works , also analyzing the real sales data helps understanding the different areas where things can be improved to get better profits for the company .
This all has led me to derive insights and look in those directions which are generally ignored by us.

Rockstar20,
Before diving into your profile evaluation, I would like to point out that an MBA program generally requires a minimum 2.5 years of experience which is also the case with Rotman - one of the top B-schools in Canada. That said, if you are looking for a generalised degree, I would rather suggest you target a masters in management program which is a better fit for you as it will provide you ample opportunities similar to an MBA itself. On this note, let's begin your evaluation. Looking at your grades, you certainly possess a streak of excellent grades all throughout your academic journey so far which will work in your favour as it showcases your strong academic prowess, something which is an undeniable part of any admission process.
Speaking of extracurricular activities, you can enhance and add value to your profile by digging deeper into the various endeavours you undertook and how you went above and beyond to excel in the same. In other words, you can highlight your interpersonal skills, the impacts you created and the major takeaways from the same.
Thus, apart from your positions of responsibility in your college clubs, you have also been quite active in various volunteering activities in different NGOs which goes on to vouch for the socially responsible traits in your personality. In addition to this, you can also take up certain certification courses to highlight your learning curve and your constant thirst to upskill yourself.
Coming to your internship experience, you have not given any information about the same which is again an important part of your career transformation. That said, you do carry a pretty good brand name - ZS which definitely sets you at par with the applicant pool. Having said that, to portray a differentiated profile you could also talk about the kind of projects you undertook, the skills you honed, and the kind of knowledge you were able to gain throughout your experiences.
Now when it comes to the schools that you can target for an MIM program in Canada, you could consider targeting; Ivey, Schulich, Queens, Ryerson, UBC and Waterloo. Interestingly enough, most of these schools would not require a GMAT score. That said, coupling your profile with a GMAT score of 660 and above should give your profile a boost.
Here’s what your chances of acceptance looks like:
Dream (50%) - Ivey, UBC
Competitive (70%) - Queens, Ryerson, Waterloo
All things considered, your application (comprising your resume, LORs, and Essays) helps differentiate you from the other applicants by highlighting your strengths and overshadowing your weaknesses. Additionally, it also carries a 30% impact on your admission prospects which is why I would urge you to pay more attention to the same.
