Hi and thanks for posting.
I assume you are planning on applying to a deferred admissions program, such as Harvard's 2+2 program. (If not, the average number of years of full time work experience is 5, so you'll want to wait on applying for a while.)
The fact that you are coming from an "unknown" school is not a dealbreaker. The programs care much more about the person and what he/she can bring to the classroom, than what their college was.
From what I see here, your stats are good. A 740 is excellent and probably not worth taking again (unless you feel strongly you can score a good bit higher). Your GPA is also decent - it is not "low" - though be sure to do well your final year and potentially raise it.
I am also impressed with your extracurriculars. Be sure to emphasize your leadership experiences there.
My biggest advice is to make sure your goals are clear. For example, each of the MBB firms are in fact different, and so saying you want to work for MBB does not show you have done your research as to why one is right for you.
I would be happy to give you a free 30 minute consultation to discuss your goals in more detail, and of course your profile and future chances.
Good luck!
