Hi and thanks for your post.
Like all MBA programs, Stanford will look at your profile holistically, evaluating your stats (GMAT/GPA), work experience & goals, and extracurriculars. You have a solid profile so I will briefly discuss all three.
In terms of your stats, you will significantly improve your chances of acceptance if you score close to a 700, as the average is closer to a 730. This will also be important since your GPA is a bit below the average as well. If not, I hope you can demonstrate your quant ability in other ways, such as through your resume or recommendation letters. And if you have time, you could always take a supplemental course in a quantitative subject and earn an A.
As for your work experience, it is great you have already been promoted twice, and that you will have strong recommendation letters. It will be important for you - in your essays, resume, and letters - to show that you have leadership experience, taken the initiative, mentored/coached/trained others, and in general made an impact in your company. Make sure to detail your accomplishments on your resume, rather than just your daily responsibilities. Also, I like that you have a clear and realistic goal of returning to Cerner after graduating.
Regarding your extracurriculars, make sure to emphasize your leadership roles at the YMCA and how you've made a difference there. Schools want to feel you will make a similar difference in its own community.
One final note - no matter how strong one's profile is, Stanford has the lowest acceptance rate of any school in the world. They can't possibly accept all the qualified applicants, so I always suggest applying to a few other schools as well.
Good luck!
