Hi jesliwoo,
Thanks for posting your profile. Having come from a healthcare background myself, I can totally relate to your work experience in R&D, which I think are very strong. Congrats on your early promotion and it sounds like your company is doing well too. I agree that your low GPA can be explained, especially if it's confined to just a couple semesters. You can use the Optional essay to explain the circumstances which affected your grades. As for not having "business" in your title, that's not a worry. That said, be sure to explain why you're passionate about pivoting towards the business side of the industry.
Assuming that you hit a 730 for your GMAT, the schools on your list are within reach, albeit still a very competitive list. Is there a reason that Wharton (with its famed HCM program), and Fuqua (another very strong healthcare program) are not on your list? I suggest perhaps taking out a school like Tuck or Yale (more known for their general management program) and swapping in Wharton and Fuqua for their healthcare focus.
