I'm planning to apply in R2 for September 2023 intake for IESE, LBS, Harvard (stretch goal) and Rotman, and to HEC Paris and INSEAD R1 Jan 2024 intake. Below is my profile for your reference, and I appreciate your evaluation of my candidacy for my target schools.

Gender: Male
Age: 26
Nationality and Resident: Indian
Undergraduate:
GPA: 3.35/4
Degree & School: Bachelor in Business Administration, Christ University, Bangalore
Extra-Curriculars: Management Fests Organizing Committee and Winner of Public Relation Event, Social Work (2015)
Work-Experience (Total = 5.5 Years):
Job 1 - 11 Months: Public Relations Consultant for well known international brands; Participated in RFPs
Job 2 - 4.5 Years: Advertising Account Manager at one of the largest advertising and communications company in the world
- 3 Promotions in 4.5 years (Associate Analyst > Analyst > Manager Level 1 > Manager Level 2)
- International experience of managing fortune 500 brands' advertising portfolios (US and APAC)
- Participated in international and domestic seminars, case study published, annual company award winner, advertising industry award winner
GMAT 680 (Q44, V40, IR 6) - I'm considering a retake to push my score above 700

The GMAT is your major issue. You really need to get to at least 700, if not really 720+ to have a shot at HBS, INSEAD and LBS. You can probably get away with a 700 at Rotman and HEC-Paris, but even then I would prefer for you to be higher than that given that you come from a competitive demographic. You might be okay with a 680 for IESE, though 20 extra points would really help!
Overall, you have decent work experience and extracurricular activities. I wouldn't say they're stellar but if you can highlight your best accomplishments in a very persuasive way, I believe you will stand a chance at some of these top programs.
