Hey Jon,
Thank you very much for doing this, your input would mean a lot to me. I'm really interested in the Harvard's 2+2 program/any deferred admissions program. Most likely it is a stretch, considering the stats you see below, but nevertheless, I'm curious about your input as to what the next step(s) should be. Even more, I want to know towards which schools I should look.
Age: 22; Undergrad student at eastern european university (best in its country)
Major: Law; GPA: 7-7.5/10
GMAT: 740
Work experience:
cofounded a fintech startup currently raising a series A round in the US
also cofounded 2 other businesses, one in corporate training and education and another in retail
cofounded an ngo that organizes business education programs for young professionals w/ people (senior execs mostly) from F500, BB and VC funds
heading the operations of the first 1 tablet per child program in my country (and in the region, to my knowledge - still checking)
summer internship at top management consulting firm
part-time work as paralegal in top regional law firm to support studies
Awards + ECs
working in a leading think tank nation wide - working towards passing legislation in parliament through citizen initiatives
debate club
won consulting case study contests
member of forbes 30 under 30 in home country

Hey dude.
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, but I was on the road for about 10 there, so I'm catching up on things just now.
So first of all, things look good. I mean, well just about as good as they can look for anyone applying to HBS 2+2. It's always a bit of a toughie, cause nobody walks in. But let's just say that your vast entrepreneurial experience in both NGO and for-profit will be a HUUUGE benefit.
It doesn't mean you will walk in. I mean, it can happen that the AdCom is like "We love this guy.. but he's just doing so well already. Let's catch up with him in a few years and pull him into our regular program" So if you really feel NOW is the right moment for you, do your best to explain why.
Are you also looking into Stanford Deferred and/or Yale Silver Scholars?
