Gotcha. If it would be 2.5 years by the time you BEGIN b-school, it is on the lower-side and might be strengthened by waiting a year and increasing your experience. If it's by the time you apply, it's a bit closer to 'standard'. Not that it has to be make-or-break, as you can and should focus on the QUALITY of your experience, not just quantity. But obviously admission to Stanford is extremely tough no matter what!! Maybe assess whether you feel you've had significant leadership experiences to really contribute to the class, and if you feel NOW is the most ideal time in your career to purse the MBA.
