Do you know if GMAT is the cause for not getting an interview call? I suspect on not making a strong application may be the problem. Including good goals, career promotions, social outlook, recommendation, essay, resume, school relevancy etc all plays important factor when applying to the top schools, GMAT is only ~15%.
They look at leadership potential and the greater impact an applicant can create. You mentioned the current title is Engineer and post-MBA goal is PM at Tech Company, which you may very well attainable without an MBA. You may, also, have to review the program track, course works etc of a specific school and know if you align with the school. If you don't enough time to research you may check with one of the Admission consultants:

Hi @sivatx2-- there are many reasons why someone does or does not receive an interview-- and the GMAT is just one area. It is impossible to know what is the reason in your case based on the limited information you are sharing here. If you do not feel your GMAT score is helpful in your overall application, there are now more options than ever before in how to approach testing. You could try the GRE or the EA or look for a program where you can apply to have the testing component waived.
