Undergrad - GPA 3.2, Finance and Investment (India) - Top tier commerce college
Strong Extracurricular and volunteering

Post MBA - Finance: Portfolio Management/ Asset Management
Preferred Geography for School - USA

In a bit of a struggle to choose what schools I'll be a good fit for, I've been able to narrow it down to a few. But not sure which schools I'll have strong chances at. Please do list out some schools I'll be able to make by round 2 Please do let me know in case any additional information has to be furnished

Your GMAT score of 710 and a solid academic background from a top-tier commerce college in India position you well for many MBA programs. Your work experience in banking operations and strong extracurricular involvement are assets, especially for your post-MBA goal in finance. When choosing schools, consider those known for strengths in finance and portfolio management.

Highlight and quantify any management, financial, or strategic decisions you've made that resulted in generating profit or maybe you improved the processes.

For your dream schools, look at Cornell, and Kellogg known for their finance programs. Duke Fuqua, NYU Stern, Duke Fuqua and Michigan Ross are competitive choices where your background aligns well with their offerings. Babson, and Boston University Questrom can be considered safe options.

In your application, emphasize any major projects or initiatives you led at your bank, especially those with quantifiable results or that demonstrate your financial acumen. With your experience, many programs would be within reach, but tailor your applications to each school's ethos and strengths.
