Congratulations on the improved GMAT score!
With your profile, I think you could look at one year programs such as Oxford, Cambridge, Lancaster, Warwick and Cranfield in the UK. There are only so many one year programs in the UK, so that is a tough one. There are others in Europe though (IMD, IE, INSEAD, etc.)
Though your GMAT score is strong, your professional experience and extracurricular don't seem to demonstrate a really strong leadership capacity (I could be wrong -- just depends on your role within each activity/organization). If your crafts business is a great entrepreneurial success story, that could go a long way in demonstrating leadership, but I think top tier schools will be reaches for you. Perhaps include 1 or 2 on your list, but focus more on the ones I've suggested.
In the US, again there aren't too many one year programs, but you could look at Cornell Johnson and Emory. Kellogg has a program too, but that could be a reach for you.
Obviously, you'll need to do your own research on each school and make your choices. Hopefully this helps get you started on that research.
Good luck,
