Hi Chirag.
The admissions committee will look holistically at your application, analyzing your stats (GPA and GMAT/GRE), work experience, and extracurriculars.
Have you taken the GMAT/GRE yet? It will be important to be above the average of your target schools, especially since you have a low CGPA. I suggest taking it up to 3-4 times. You have nothing to lose since schools will only look at your highest score. And even a slight increase can boost your profile. You could also consider taking a supplemental course, perhaps in calculus or statistics, to help make up for your CGPA.
It is hard to gauge your work experience without knowing your accomplishments and impact you have made there. It is nice to see you have been promoted though. It will also be important to explain why you want your MBA, and to also illustrate the skills you already have which are transferable. Be sure your story makes sense, and is realistic and specific.
Regarding extracurriculars, ideally you have been involved in some more current than college. If not, it’s never too late. And do your best to take on a leadership role in one.
In general, I suggest apply to several schools- reach, target, and safety. Hopefully your choices will see that you have a compelling story and are someone who will add value to the classroom and community.

Good luck!
