I never want to say that anything is impossible, but as you are already aware, you would have a better shot gaining admission to executive programs than full-time ones. Moreover, as you are probably also aware, your 700 GMAT score would not move the needle as much as it would otherwise, given that you come from an overrepresented demographic in the MBA applicant pool. Executive programs are more lenient about applicants’ GMAT scores.
The only person who can decide what the best programs are for you is you. I recommend assessing what your specific needs are (e.g., classes, majors, skill sets, experiences, recruiting, etc.) and researching which schools best fulfill those needs and have admissions standards that you can achieve.
There are certainly schools that are more tolerant of older candidates (e.g., Wharton, Booth). It couldn’t hurt to have a chat with their admissions offices, right? And, I’m sure there are more.
