A 100% scholarship, especially at these schools, is VERY hard to obtain. If that's a priority for you, you must drop down in the rankings. You first need to also think about whether you will get into any of these programs. Your profile is not a slam dunk for these extremely competitive schools.

Hi  shetty221b  , to evaluate your prospects of getting into your target T10 Schools, I would like to understand in detail about your work experience. The key to getting a 100% scholarship at INSEAD (can say through personal experience) is to have a strong background in social entrepreneurship /social enterprise and a commitment to continue in the same domain post MBA. As a doctor who has worked at grassroot level in India, you can certainly make a very compelling case for your candidature at Wharton and INSEAD. Do ensure to substantiate your academic inclination with a strong GMAT score (700+ for these schools). If planned meticulously, and with a decent GMAT score I am confident that you would be able to crack your target B Schools admit with a good amount of scholarship.
