Profile evaulation request

Hi admissionado, wondering you could give some advice about the target schools. my profile is as below Education: undergrad from top school in China Major: History, GPA 3.55(as calculated by WES) Minor: Finance (70/100, a little bit too low... :cry:

) Tests: TOEFL:108 GMAT:750 W/E: -Senior auditor in Big 4, project in charge. 3 years working experience by the school's entry date in 2015 Extra-curriculars: -key member in student government in undergrad (2nd in charge in the department) -leader of Fansub group for some opening courses on MOOC (courses given by ivy school, finance related. translate them into Chinese) -orginazer of school's key project (involved 15 student members, goversment and 3-4 enterprises ), issued the report -honor student while in undergrad (only 1 of my major) certifications: CICPA candidate CFA Level I Target programs Duke, Darden, Kellogg, Johnson, Yale(SOM) When to apply 1/2 Round in 2014/2015 I'm 24 y.o. Career goal top consulting firm, concentrate on management consulting Thanks a lot in advance

You have a veeeeeeery good looking profile. Oh yeah, and congrats on that most awesome GMAT!!! Well-done. Your TOEFL is great too, as are your grades.

A Big four job is good for top schools even if it's not necessarily one of the most preferred jobs. Buuuut what I am missing from your profile is: What have you DONE at work? What is UNIQUE about you? What about extra curricular activities? Volunteer work? entrepreneurial experience? anything extra that is unique and fascinating? Because at this top level, these things are really important.

I don't see any real weaknesses other than the competitiveness of your applicant pool, and that's why the above is sooooooooo important. I think your school list is a great start although I'd suggest you open up your school list to Top 20 schools and not just Top 10 given the competitiveness of that pool.
