Your profile is very nice. Many top B-schools need the profile like you. You should give the GMAT and achieve targeted score. Generally, the top MIM programms requires decent profile like you have and that will impress the admission committee. Go for GMAT exam..

You are a strong candidate. Great stats and internships. Being female will help as all of these programs are overweight male students and want a more diverse background. GMAT will be the big factor when it comes to scholarships and aid. If you get lower 700's I still think you should have a good chance. My buddy had nearly a similar profile and got almost a full tuition ride at Bocconi.

Well, you have a pretty interesting profile and have scored a decent grade in academics. 
Your GMAT score would play an important part in determining your chances at top MiM programs such as LBS and INSEAD as the average score required to attain admission in LBS and Insead is 710+
Also, you have some significant work experience in hand in the form of internships with the US Embassy, the department of defence, the Georgian Ministry of Finance that would work for you.
Additionally, your experience as a freelancer is worth highlighting in your profile. Ensure that you mention it as a self-initiative otherwise freelancing experiences often go unrecognized by the Adcom. Also, bring to light your experience in organizing the showrooms in Paris, the responsibilities undertaken, quantify your achievements and how this helped in your personal growth and development. 
Apart from academics and work experience, you have showcased a holistic profile with hands-on participation in extracurricular activities. The schools are on the hunt for such people. You can highlight your leadership skills as the head of the legal department in the student government and planning and organizing skills while being a part of the Tourism department. Your knowledge in multiple languages would be a bonus for the Adcom and would definitely increase your chances of being accepted for the top MiM programs. 
Also, highlighting your willingness to social volunteering in the hour of need is applaudable. 
Further, I would say that the schools that you are targeting fall in the category of dream schools and therefore they are super competitive which means that the acceptance rate in these schools is pretty thin- around 10%. But given your profile, I see no reason for not bagging an admit, provided your application justly portrays all your capabilities. 
I would say, with a strong application, a 710+ GMAT score and an early round application, your chances of being accepted by LBS and INSEAD would be around 35-45%.
Furthermore, there are various scholarships available (both need based and excellence based) for international applicants and with a strong application, you would surely be able to get through and avail financial assistance.
