Hi
DarshanGardia,
You have shown strong career progression within the same organization, which should give you several meaningful leadership and impact stories to highlight in your applications. Tata Steel is also a well-recognized brand, which adds credibility to your profile.
One important aspect to think through carefully is your post-MBA goals, as clarity there will be critical for your overall application narrative.
Apart from ISB, you should also consider programs like IIMA PGPX, IIMB EPGP and other top one-year MBA programs, especially with 7–8 years of experience.
From a test score perspective, a GMAT Focus score around 675 would be competitive for ISB, while something around 645 would generally place you in a good range for the top IIM one-year programs.
