Hi kk121

For Indian School of Business, your profile has a good overall base, but since the undergrad GPA is slightly on the lower side, it becomes very important to do well on the GMAT and strengthen the academic leg of your profile as much as possible. Prepare with the mindset of maximizing your score rather than keeping a minimum target in mind.
On the professional side, the stability is good since you’ve been working with the same company, and the nature of your role is also differentiating compared to the typical technical applicant pool. Since your experience will still be on the relatively lower side at the time of application, it will be important to clearly communicate both the quantitative and qualitative impact you’ve created through your work. Focus on building strong professional stories around ownership, client impact, problem-solving, and progression.
Your extracurriculars are decent and add good balance to the profile. Continue staying involved in activities you genuinely enjoy, especially team-based or leadership-oriented initiatives. Even investing a few hours over weekends consistently helps show continuity beyond academics and work.
If you take care of these aspects well, especially GMAT, professional storytelling, and continued extracurricular involvement, you would be in a good position while applying to ISB.

We encourage you to inquire with us so we can schedule a free strategy session for guiding you.

Thanks and all the best!
