What is up my friend--sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I didnt even notice that we had this conversation outstanding.
So, lets get into it. Construction and engineering? I know em well, I worked in real estate before founding Precision Essay (at ING Real Estate, and Trammell Crow Residential.) So THAT will be your strength--make the case, as I did by the way, that you wanna get away from the technical side of things, and into the BUSINESS side. Into real estate development, for example.
Now, where does this mean you will make a great case? Stern, CBS, Wharton (as a stretch) UNC, and Cornell all come to mind. You will be in the range in programs in the top-30. And if you play the real estate card (and play it wisely bro) you will be in GREAT shape this year.
Given my RE background, we know that card well. : ) Let me know if this helps, and feel free to reach out offline at
