Hi, and thanks for writing. MBA is within my area of expertise and I can't speak as much to other master's degrees, but my understanding is that switching to portfolio/investment management would require an MBA.
Regarding specific programs, since you're applying from such a competitive demographic, your list of target scores will also depend on your GMAT score (and a 700 at minimum is needed for all of those programs, preferably 720+). However, the ones you've listed seem like reasonable targets, particularly the Canadian schools. Other schools I would consider are Oxford Said and Cambridge Judge.

I am confused between Masters in Finance or MBA (Full Time), looking for 2020 intake (if possible) or else 2021.
Could you please evaluate my profile and advise which is more appropriate?

12th Std - 72.14%
Undergraduate - Bachelors in Financial Markets, GPA - 6.9/7.0 (ranked 3rd overall)
Other Coursework:
Certificate of Investment Planning, FPSB India (1 year validity, i can renew this, if it has impact)
CFA Level 2 candidate, CFA institute
GMAT - have not given the exam yet, but will appear in December this year (looking to target 700+)
Work Exp:
Total Work Exp - 4 years 3 months (starting July 2015 to date)
1st Job - Team Member, JP Morgan -
Handled the settlement activities in Europe, Middle East, African and Euroclear markets.
I have led two projects during my stint with the organisation. (one of which became a base template for other members to follow)
Current Job - Assistant Manager, JLT India (now a part of Marsh and McLennan Company):
Promoted from an Analyst to Assistant Manager (May 2018)
Involved in delivering JLT performance reports with maximum accuracy and best quality to clients. Also, spearheaded in research and analysis of Emerging Market Equities.
I have led 3 projects and one is work in progress, of which, in 2 projects, i have trained few individuals.
