Hi, and thanks for writing! Your GMAT score is strong and well-balanced and you have a solid GPA, so I don't think you need to retake. In your career so far, have you been promoted or received increasing responsibility? Career progression is one of of the criteria by which applicants are evaluated.
Regarding your extracurricular involvement - it's great that you're heavily involved with your alumni group. Is there opportunity to assume a leadership role? Doing so would strengthen your profile further.
Based on the info you've provided, I'd say that Tepper, McCombs, Fuqua, and Darden are good target schools, while Kellogg, Haas, and Sloan are more a reach. The important thing will be to execute strong applications in which you explain the motivation behind your career goals, demonstrate a strong connection with the target program based on its culture and resources, and fully communicate your professional and personal accomplishments. Regarding the post-MBA career goal, you'll want to decide between tech and consulting and provide a strong rationale for your choice. As for your long-term goal: one thing to consider is that VCs generally want a combination of banking and startup experience from those they recruit.
I hope that helps - best of luck and let me know of any other questions!

Hi,
I would like to know if the schools I am applying for is realistic. I am also concerned about my lack of formal leadership roles, will that negatively affect my application? Should I retake the GMAT for a better shot?
Please let me know if you think there might be anything else I could do to make my application stronger!! Thank you!!
