Hi, and thanks for writing! Looks like you've had some progressive work experience, and I like that you have a track record of meaningful community involvement.
For Indian applicants, Darden and Duke's GMAT averages are very high - I've even heard that for Darden it has ranged from 730-760. So to be competitive for these schools, you'll definitely want to retake. Oxford's GMAT average is in the high 600s, but even then given that Indian applicants are heavily represented in the pool, I'd aim for 700+. I think that IESE and HEC are more realistic target schools, but you'll want to make a strong case for why they interest you based on location, culture, and resources.
Since you're open to non-US, I'd look into Canadian schools such as Rotman and Ivey as well. Hope that helps a bit!

- Initial 2 years I handled Project Management Role for $100 Million Infrastructure Project.
- Next 3 years took Business Development Role. I worked for Multiple infrastructure Project of Value ranging from $500 million to $1.5B. I Switched various functions, including Project Bidding, Vendor Management, Client Management & Technology Deployment. I also established business in Bangladesh and Srilanka. - During Post Graduation, I was Music Club leader and a active A Capella singer at IIT Delhi. I was part of the NGO i mentioned above during my Post Grad Years.
- During my undergrad, I was a Leader for Students Union and took leadership in organizing various events at college.
Post MBA Goals: With the experience in Infrastructure Industries in various roles, I want to pivot to Consulting in Capital Project/Infrastructure Domain. In long term, I wish to establish a Infrastucture Consulting firm in India.
Target Schools: Duka Fuqua, UVA Darden, IESE (Spain), HEC Paris & Oxford Said.
