- Regarding GMAT - Schulich's average score is just under 670, and competition is especially strong for Indian applicants. Therefore, I recommend trying to increase your score by 20-30+ points if possible.
- 2.5 years of work experience is on the lighter side - the average length of work experiene for admittees to this program is 5-6 years. Therefore, you may be a more competitive candidate next year or the year after, once you've made further progression and impact in your current role.
- In the meantime, perhaps you can resume the strong community involvement you had earlier in your career and in college - this would round out your profile nicely as well.
