Top business schools prefer closer to 5 years of work experience upon matriculation, and so my main suggestion is to wait until you have more work experience. It is not just the number of years, however, that they look for, but also the quality of your work experience. These schools want to see that you have made an impact at work and have been a leader. Therefore, a few more years of work experience will help you gain these types of experiences to help you stand out among other similar applicants. Waiting to apply will also allow you to take your time and improve your GMAT score. Hopefully you can achieve that 730 or even higher. Lastly, I am impressed with your extracurriculars, and know that with a couple more years to add to them, you can really show that you have made an impact on other people outside of work – and this is important for admissions committees to see.
