Hi there – So committees will look at your stats (GPA and GRE), work experience, and extracurriculars.
Your GPA is strong, so that is a good start. Your assumed GRE of 320+ is also strong, though compared to others in your demographic, it is about the average. I suggest taking it up to 3-4 times. You have nothing to lose since schools will only look at your highest score. And even a slight increase can boost your profile.
It is hard to gauge your work experience without knowing your accomplishments and impact you have made there. It is nice to see that you manage a team of 5-7 people. However, the average years of work experience is closer to 5, so if you choose to apply with fewer years, make sure you demonstrate why now is the time. And because of your lighter experience, it’s even more important to show you have made an impact and demonstrated leadership there. It will also be important to explain why you want your MBA.
Regarding extracurriculars, make sure to really emphasize your leadership roles you have taken on. Working with an NGO, and the fact that it aligns with your career goals, sounds impressive; that is one aspect of your profile on which you can elaborate.
If you continue to strengthen your profile, you do have a chance at some of your target schools, but they are extremely competitive, especially Michigan Ross, and so I would deem that school a reach, and the other two as your target/reach schools, depending on GRE.
I suggest apply to several schools, including reach, target and safety.
Best of luck to you!
