Hi GMAT8055, thanks for sharing your profile with us.
I think your profile is strong enough to be competitive at some T25 schools. I especially like that you have experience within a family business (not as typical for applicants), you've got a strong GMAT score, and you have a track record of NGO involvement.
I think the challenges in your profile are your GPA (usually like to see over 7/10 for Indian applicants) and your experience level (you're a bit on the early side of applying -- most students have ~5 years when they start).
With those factors in mind, aim for a mix of schools with some in T25 and maybe a few just outside that as safeties. Look for schools that have strong reputations in energy / sustainability. Off the top of my head, schools like Duke, Foster, Texas, Rice, Cornell, UNC come to mind.
